26th June - 3rd July £3,500 pw

3rd July - 28th August                £5,000 pw

28th August - 4th September          £4,000 pw

11th September - 31 October £3,500 pw

The letting week runs from Saturday at 4pm until 10am the following Saturday, allowing time for the villa to be prepared for the next guests. When a week runs across two or more letting rate-bands the rental will be calculated pro-rata according to the number of days in each rate-band.

Please note the Greek government is now charging a c. €110 'Climate Tax', which will be separately payable upon arrival.

Yerakina is designed for 10 people. However, if it is essential for you to have two extra children’s pull-out beds this can be arranged for a supplement. The absolute maximum occupancy is 12 and only where the extras are children under 16 years of age. This must always be arranged in advance of your holiday.
